Our story starts in the kitchen of our grandmother, Flo. She was a woman who believed that true wellness starts from scratch. Long before "clean living" was a trend, Grandma Flo was living it. She shopped at the local neighborhood dairy for fresh milk and yogurt, crafted wholesome meals by hand, and turned to nature’s pantry for her family’s everyday care. From pure Vitamin E for her skin to traditional castor oil, she trusted the simple, uncompromised power of natural ingredients.

Grandma Flo’s passion for natural living didn't stop with her. She ignited a healthy, DIY spirit that flowed straight down through her children, including my own mother. I grew up in a family that didn't look to store shelves for solutions, we made them. When I was pregnant and raising my own little kids, my mother would hand-blend nourishing skin oils for me, gifting them in small glass dropper bottles, each adorned with a little red heart sticker. That sticker wasn't just decoration; it was a promise of safety, purity and love.
